The 大排檔 (Dai Pai Dong) Staff Tee pays homage to the iconic open-air food stalls in streets of Hong Kong that began around the late 19th century. These stalls provided good cheap eats for the everyday working-class 香港人 aka Hong Kongers. Unfortunately, around twenty-five 大排檔 remain today.
